    Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

    Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online usually have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

    In-Person Market & Event Purchases

    Items purchased in person at markets, fairs, or events are not automatically covered by the 14-day cancellation rights that apply to online sales.

    However, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges for unused items in original packaging within 14 days of purchase, at our discretion.

    Proof of purchase may be required.

    Faulty items remain covered by your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
